Multiple OS in VPS Hosting
Our virtual private server plans come with three Linux releases that you can select from for the Operating System of your new web server - Debian, Ubuntu and CentOS. Aside from being cost-free, the OSs are very stable and risk-free and the primary reason to offer the 3 of them is to ensure that you can run any application that you would like, because different pieces of software could have different requirements regarding the environment they can be used on. Each of the three OSs is supported by a large community of developers who have made thousands of software packages which you can set up and use on your VPS. Depending on the Operating System which you select, you will also be able to select between 3 different Control Panels to take care of your website hosting content. Needless to say, should you decide that you need some other OS, we could always re-install the server with it. As an optional upgrade, we also offer you weekly updates of the Operating System for max stability and security.
Multiple OS in Dedicated Web Hosting
The dedicated server packages that we offer come with three different Operating Systems to pick from. They are all Linux release - Ubuntu, CentOS and Debian, and not only do they have no license fees, but they are also regarded as the most reliable and safe OSs. We provide three different ones for the reason that each of them is backed by a different community. The packages that you can add on your hosting server are different and this may matter if you want to install some piece of software with specific requirements for the hosting environment. In this light, the hosting Control Panel which you can select for the dedicated server also depends on the Operating System that you will choose. You can select any of the three Operating Systems during the order procedure, however if necessary, we can always set up the server anew with a different one upon your request. As an optional service that you could add to the package at any moment, we can update the OS regularly to keep it as risk-free as possible.
